However, if for any reason you wish to return your order, or part of it, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please complete the return shipment within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to return. The direct cost of returning the products is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend choosing a trackable shipping method, as BIOKEY by Odelfe Group Srl. is not liable for any lost return shipments. 

If a product is defective or damaged, please report this within 30 days of delivery.

Our return/exchange policy requires adherence to the following conditions:

• The product must be intact and unused.
• The label must still be attached.
• The product must not be damaged.

For hygiene reasons, products must remain unopened. BIOKEY reserves the right to refuse returns for products that do not meet these conditions. We may request a photo to confirm that the product remains unused. Depending on the product type, this could include images of the dispensing spout, the tip, the metal tab under the cap, or the original packaging.

Please indicate your preferred resolution: exchange or refund. For refunds, we will return the item’s cost minus any shipping fees. A confirmation email will be sent once the return is processed, and the refund will be issued via your original payment method. The refund may be held until the condition of the returned items is verified.

Our products comply with national and EU regulations. Due to variations in display settings, product images and colors may differ slightly from the actual items. BIOKEY by Odelfe Group Srl. limits its liability to the purchase price of the products and does not assume responsibility for third-party or indirect damages. We encourage customers to review the ingredient list for each product on our website to avoid potential allergies. BIOKEY is not liable for allergic reactions and does not provide products as substitutes for medical care.
